A single brilliant-cut diamond is channel-set into a hand-polished heart no bigger than a fingernail. The chain is a 0.9mm cable in 14k gold, adjustable 40–45cm.

It layers under shirts, survives showers, and needs nothing but an occasional wipe with the cloth provided.
